Acceptance of Terms

 

Use of our website and services constitutes your agreement to these terms:

1. Booking & Payment

   • For one-on-one services, full payment is required before or on the day of your first session.

   • For workshops, speaking engagements, and training, a 60% non-refundable deposit is required within 7 business days of receiving the invoice to secure your date. The balance is due prior to the scheduled engagement.

   • Payments are made through our secure gateway via Bank of Nova Scotia (Scotiabank), National Commercial Bank or Stripe Account.

   • Missed appointments without 24-hour notice may result in forfeiture of payment.

2. Client Responsibility

   • Our services are educational, coaching-based, and trauma-informed. They are not a substitute for mental health or medical treatment. Clients are responsible for their own choices and outcomes.

3. Intellectual Property

   • All materials, guides, and course content are the property of CKM Healing Consultancy. These may not be shared, reproduced, or republished without written permission.

4. Right to Refuse Service

   • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to individuals who act inappropriately, violate ethical boundaries, or disrupt the healing space.

5. Amendments

   • These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of our site implies your agreement with any changes.

 

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Are your coaching services the same as therapy?
No. While we provide trauma-informed support, our coaching services are not a replacement for clinical therapy or mental health treatment. We may refer you to a licensed therapist if needed.

2. Can I reschedule my coaching session?
Yes, with at least 48 hours’ notice, sessions may be rescheduled depending on availability.

3. Do you offer installment plans?
In some cases, payment plans can be arranged for workshops or training. Please contact us directly to discuss.

4. What happens if I miss a session?
Missed sessions without notice will be considered forfeited. Exceptions may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis.

5. Do you work with organizations?
Yes! We provide corporate workshops, wellness training, and trauma-informed leadership development for teams. Use our contact form to request a proposal.

6. Is everything confidential?
Absolutely. Client confidentiality is a core part of our trauma-informed ethic. Your information is never shared or disclosed.
