To enhance this collaborative journey, we are pleased to propose a revitalizing day retreat tailored for your esteemed team. This retreat can be hosted at your location, if preferred, or a location agreed upon in advance and will focus on fostering growth, resilience, and well-being through the following topics and activities: ● Understanding Trauma, Stress, and Anxiety: Exploring their impact on mental and physical health. ● Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Study Review: Understanding its correlation with lifestyle diseases and long-term health outcomes. ● Emotion Regulation Management Techniques: Practical tools to navigate and manage emotional responses effectively. ● Building Resilience: Strategies to foster personal and professional adaptability and strength. ● Effective Communication & Conflict Resolution: Enhancing interpersonal skills to build stronger, more harmonious teams. ● Mindfulness Meditation & Stress Management Practices: Techniques to promote relaxation and mental clarity in high-pressure environments. Capacity: To ensure we create an intimate and safe space during the Healing in the Garden Trauma Workshop, we can facilitate a maximum of 20 people per group per session. Each team member will receive a thoughtfully curated toolkit (goodie bag) filled with practical resources and a workbook to support emotional regulation and stress management, personalized handwritten journals, empowering them to implement what they’ve learned in their daily lives. This retreat promises to be a transformative experience, equipping your team with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive both personally and professionally.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Booking & Customization: All sessions are customized to your organization’s needs. Pricing is determined based on group size, duration, and level of customization. A consultation call is required prior to booking to confirm session goals, participant numbers, and tailored content. Deposit & Payment: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and materials (if applicable). The balance is due 7 days before or on the day of the scheduled session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or using our payment gateway on the website upon checkout. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the deposit. One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 14 days before the session. Session Logistics: Sessions may be delivered virtually or in person (location fees may apply for in-person events). Organizations are responsible for providing the necessary AV setup for in-person presentations. Confidentiality & Safety: All sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive, and professional manner. Personal disclosures made during the session are treated with confidentiality, respecting participants’ privacy and well-being
