We offer customized presentations tailored to align with your organization’s values, goals, and schedule. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Booking & Customization: All sessions are customized to your organization’s needs. Pricing is determined based on group size, duration, and level of customization. A consultation call is required prior to booking to confirm session goals, participant numbers, and tailored content. Deposit & Payment: A 60% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date and materials (if applicable). The balance is due 7 days before or on the day of the scheduled session. Payments can be made via bank transfer or using our payment gateway on the website upon checkout. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the deposit. One reschedule is allowed at no additional cost if requested at least 14 days before the session. Session Logistics: Sessions may be delivered virtually or in person (location fees may apply for in-person events). Organizations are responsible for providing the necessary AV setup for in-person presentations. Confidentiality & Safety: All sessions are delivered in a safe, supportive, and professional manner. Personal disclosures made during the session are treated with confidentiality, respecting participants’ privacy and well-being
